Founded in 1986 United Development & Contracting Co. (UDC Beaini) established itself as a major contracting company in Lebanon and Nigeria.

Our activities range from superstructure to substructure and infrastructure as well as roads, gas plants and archeological restoration.

Our Clients are mostly public sector, Local and International firms. We cater for select private sector Clients as well.

The Commitment and ability to deliver quality projects have led the company to qualify as a 4 Stars contractor with the Council of Development and Reconstruction (CDR) and as a First Grade contractor with the Ministries of Energy and Water as well as Public Works in Lebanon.

At UDC we look for partnerships for the future, that is the reason we venture jointly with international contractors to execute landmark projects.

Our workforce consists of professionally licensed Engineers/Architects and skilled and experienced construction personnel to deliver projects satisfactorily, efficiently and timely.
