    A complete tanking waterproofing system based on 1 coat hot applied SBS elastomeric membrane,
    4mm thick each + covered by protection board .

    Cementatious based elastic waterproofing with fiber glass reinforced mesh, alkali resistant.
    . Roof and Terraces:
    1 coat of hot applied SBS, elastomeric membrane, 4mm thick, with 180 gr/m2 polyester reinforced.
    5cm thickness of extruded rigid cellular polystyrene boards for thermal insulation.

  • Block Work:
    . External, double walls of 35 cm thickness erected as follow:
    20 cm external hollow concrete wall.
    5 cm void with polystyrene for thermal insulation. 10 cm internal hollow block wall.
    . Most of internal walls are 10 cm hollow block, except some particular walls, which are 15 or 20 cm thick and solid block, due to architectural, technical reasons or fire system.
  • Mechanical:
    . Heating Decorative aluminum radiators in all rooms. Decorative towel dryers in bathrooms. Individual boiler for each residence.
    . Hot Water
    Hot water tank. Circulating pump for hot water return pipes. Pumps for hot water return pipes.
    . Plumbing European polypropylene for embedded pipes inside the residence. European galvanized steel pipes for circulation and common areas. UPVC pipes for drainage and sewage. Softener to decrease water hardness.
